Cookies & Analytics
This site may use standard web analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that collect anonymized, aggregate data about page visits. We do not use invasive tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies on our marketing site.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our website or conducting our business, under strict confidentiality agreements.
Mobile / SMS Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Frontline & Google Calendar Data
Frontline is our AI assistant product. When a business owner connects their Google Calendar to Frontline, we request access to two Google Calendar scopes: calendar.freebusy (to read when the account is busy or free) and calendar.events (to create, update, and cancel appointment events). We use this access for one purpose only: to show a customer real open time slots and to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments on the connected calendar at the account owner's direction.
- We read free/busy information solely to calculate available appointment times.
- We create, edit, or cancel calendar events only to complete a booking the customer requests.
- We do not read the contents of your existing calendar events, and we never sell, rent, or share Google user data.
- The Google authorization token is stored encrypted and is used only to make these calendar requests on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time from your Frontline dashboard, or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Availability derived from your calendar (open time slots) may be processed by our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude API), solely to phrase booking replies. Under Anthropic's API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train or improve any AI/ML model. We never transfer Google user data to any AI service for model training, and we never read or transmit the contents of unrelated calendar events.
Frontline's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and such data is never used to develop, train, or improve generalized or foundational AI/ML models. Our only third-party AI processor is Anthropic (Claude API), whose terms prohibit training on data submitted through the API. Frontline runs no self-hosted AI models; all AI processing uses Anthropic's hosted API under these terms.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Google Calendar authorization is retained only while your account is connected and is deleted when you disconnect.

Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
